All orders are placed through our website. For corporate, wedding, and event enquiries please use our enquiry form.

For standard orders we offer next day fulfilment — place your order by 5pm Tuesday to Friday and we'll deliver the following day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed for the following delivery day — for example, an order placed at 7pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Mondays will be delivered on Tuesday when we reopen.

For corporate, wedding, and event orders we require a minimum of two weeks' notice from the date your order is confirmed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

We are a delivery-only service. Collection may be arranged for larger corporate and event orders — please get in touch to discuss.

Each cookie weighs between 90g and 100g. Generously sized — just as a proper cookie should be.

Our cookies are at their best within 2 to 3 days of receiving them, stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

Yes — and we recommend it if you're not planning to eat them within 2 to 3 days. Freeze on the day of receiving and they will keep for up to 2 months. Defrost at room temperature and reheat before eating.

Warm them in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 3 to 5 minutes, or pop them in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds for that straight-from-the-oven melt.
